Title 17 USC §512(f) provides civil damage penalties, including costs and attorney fees, against any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents certain information in a notification of infringement under 17 USC §512(c)(3). Counter Notification – Restoration of Material If you have received a notice of material being takedown because of a copyright infringement claim, you may provide us with a counter notification in an effort to have the material in question restored to the site. - Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the service provider may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person or company who provided the original infringement notification.

Repeat Infringer Policy We take copyright infringement very seriously. However, We work with freelance designers around the world and though we have a strict audit on the designs submission before listing them on the store, Some may lie about their art and we understand that. If anything on our website is your artwork and you can prove it, we will happily remove it within 24 hours and give you some credit. COPYRIGHT law protects the expression of an original idea recorded in a tangible form, such as artwork in the form of photographs or paintings and literary works in the form of poems or stories. TRADEMARK law protects the use of words, symbols, designs or logos that identify and distinguish a source of goods. PUBLICITY RIGHTS protect an individual’s name, image and likeness. Basically this means you can’t use someone else’s identity, to your commercial advantage, without their consent.
